Since my fave walking sandals don’t feel that comfortable anymore, probably because I’ve been using it for years already and it must have gotten over-rugged, I decided to get myself another pair. Brand has always been important for me and my daughter recommended Merrell. I can see how much she’s enjoying her running shoes from the said brand and the next thing I knew, I was already exploring the internet to see what other people can say. I saw Merrell Women’s Siena Water Sandal and indeed, it’s one of the best looking walking sandals I’ve even seen at a reasonable price that I didn’t even expect.
I rushed to the mall and bought a pair. I tried it that very same day and the moment I got back home from a 2-hour walk, the next step I did is face my PC, write this review and share howmy Merrell sandals felt so great!

Comfort and style
Yes and yes, the fusion of comfort and style in these sandals is simply impeccable. First off, I love the color combinations – both the shades of red and the combination of gray and a little yellow. Next, I love how the straps behave. The leather struts and braided strand create a feminine feel and the angle and curves they create on the toe loop area is simply very lady-ish. Even the sole has the cute sunflower design making you leave an interesting trail behind.
Merrell Siena Water Sandal sole is basically made of sticky rubber material. The straps are high quality leather and the foot bed is wrapped with microfiber for a high level of comfort even in long walks. The midsole are composed of an air cushion to ensure the sandals fit snugly. It also features a unique Q-form triple density compression molded EVA food frame.
Pampered feet
Apart from the fact that the hook and loop straps come with the ever-popular TPU material, both are also adjustable. I personally love the fact that its lining is made of pigskin. It’s a lot more durable compared to other material and also, it does help in making the product cost a lot less because such material is not pricey in the first place.
Merrell Siena Water Sandal is treated with Aegis antimicrobial treatment. If you have sweaty and smelly feet, this can help lessen your problem. Plus the fact that microfiber is the material on the foot bed, you’re literally left with no concerns!
